The Next Chapter of the Grand Street Hotel Project with Foster Supply Hospitality

Join Foster Supply Hospitality Co-Founder Sims Foster for a conversation about the vision behind downtown Newburgh's first hotel development in more than a century. Beginning with the history of the three Grand Street buildings at the heart of the project, Foster will explore how adaptive reuse is transforming these historic landmarks into a boutique hotel, restaurant, event space, and community destination.

Learn about the design process, preservation challenges, and long-term vision for one of Newburgh's most significant redevelopment projects. The presentation concludes with an audience Q&A.
