Urban Film Screening - Rear Window
Join us at the Lights Camera Newburgh Pavilion for an outdoor screening of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window, a classic film that turns architecture, the city and the view from a single apartment into central characters in the story.
The evening will begin with a pre-film conversation with experts working in the film industry and shaping film production and infrastructure in New York, exploring what makes a place compelling on screen and how New York’s cities, buildings and landscapes continue to serve as locations for film and television production. Speakers to be confirmed.
Bring your own chairs and blankets! Seating is outdoors, so come prepared to get comfortable under the stars.
Presented as part of Newburgh Archtober, the screening brings together film, architecture and Newburgh’s evolving identity as a place for creative production.
